Answers to the questions we are asked most often before a celebration is booked at the Domaine du Vieux Noyer.
The rooms
How many guests can you host?
The venue has 2 rooms for up to 200 people, each with its own private bar: the main room, extended by the conservatory, and the second room, under the roof beams.
Is there a garden?
Yes, a large flower garden with teak furniture, a kiosk, arbours and a giant barbecue. It is used for the drinks reception, photos and outdoor buffets, weather permitting.
Can we visit the rooms before booking?

Does the venue offer rooms to stay?
No. There are holiday cottages and guest rooms in Fexhe-le-Haut-Clocher, and the Park Inn Liège Airport is a few minutes away. The addresses are on the Weddings page.
Getting here
Where is the Domaine du Vieux Noyer?
Rue du Flot 22, 4347 Fexhe-le-Haut-Clocher, in Hesbaye, in the province of Liège, Belgium. The venue is 2 km from the E40 motorway, 15 minutes from Liège, 30 minutes from Brussels and 7 km from Liège Airport (Bierset), between Liège, Huy and Waremme.
Is there parking?
Yes, a private car park within the grounds, for all your guests.
Can we come by train?
Yes, Fexhe-le-Haut-Clocher railway station is a 500-metre walk away.
The food
Is the food home-made?
Yes. Our chef prepares everything in the venue’s kitchen: canapés, bread, sorbets, ice creams and tiered cakes.
What meal formulas do you offer?
A plated menu put together with you, ten themed buffets (Liège, local barbecue, suckling pig, Italian, Spanish, Greek, Moroccan, Oriental, Chinese, Tex-Mex) or a barbecue in the garden. The details are on the Catering page.
Are drinks included?
In the plated wedding menus, yes: soft drinks, wines, beers with or without alcohol, coffee, tea and an after-dinner drink. For other formulas, they are set out in the quote.
Where does the barbecue meat come from?
The beef for the local barbecue comes from the Christophe farm.
Do you offer a children’s menu?
Yes, we offer a children’s menu. A candy bar and a bouncy castle can also be added.
Your celebration
What celebrations do you host?
Weddings, birthdays, communions and family celebrations, corporate events and New Year’s Eve parties.
Until what time can we party?
For weddings, the DJ plays with no curfew, and onion soup is offered at the end of the night.
Do you host seminars and corporate parties?
Yes: a private room with a bar, presentation equipment, the garden and conservatory for breaks, a private car park and home-made catering, from welcome coffee to dinner.
